Welcome to AeroFlux (accessible via www.aeroflux.io). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, digital gateway, landing pages, and any associated conceptual materials, graphics, or text (collectively, the "Website").
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website.
1. Scope of Agreement & Product Development Status
Website Only: These Terms apply strictly to the use of the public marketing Website, product showcase pages, documentation layouts, and form submissions (such as demo or co-creation requests).
Applications in Development: You explicitly acknowledge that AeroFlux’s enterprise software applications (AeroFlux Crew, CTRL, and Value) and underlying Aviation Intelligence (AI) models are currently in active development. The functional descriptions, user interface mockups, and visual representations displayed on this Website are conceptual previews of our product roadmap.
Separate Commercial Agreement Required: No operational access to the actual AeroFlux software modules is granted through this Website. Actual deployment, software-as-a-service (SaaS) access, Support Levels (SLAs), and Experience Levels (XLAs) are strictly subject to a separate, mutually executed bilateral commercial agreement.

Restrictions: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, reverse-engineering, scraping, or mirroring any part of the Website, its visuals, or its structural framework without prior written consent from AeroFlux.
3. Website Availability & Disclaimers
"As Is" Basis: This Website is provided as an active Minimum Viable Product (MVP) showcase on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AeroFlux does not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free from functional errors.

If you choose to submit any feedback, suggestions, feature ideas, or operational workflow improvements regarding the platform, you grant AeroFlux an unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to implement these ideas into our core software architecture without any compensation or proprietary obligation to you.
